I've taught at an Iyengar Studio, vinyasa studios, for resorts, for marathon runners, and to children, to include a few. I've studied extensively Iyengar methodology, but I am not an Iyengar teacher. I practice the Ashtanga sequences in my home practice, and but I'm not an Ashtanga Teacher. Both are very influential on my teaching style.

You can start small, just a few centering breaths, just one or two poses, come to stillness, give thanks for all you have and all that is coming. Inhale in all the love that surrounds you, Exhale it out into the world.
It's just that simple.
Any and all parts, alone or separate- that is yoga. Not a pretzel perfect pose.
